I'm not too much of a builder and I think 15 totally empty lots is going to be a challenge for me to fill up but with time, I think I would be able to! I'm probably gonna use 7 of the lots as community lots or something. And then just build 5-6 houses and then leave a couple as empty lots so I can use them to build and bulldoze houses to put them on the Gallery.
