I don't think I have one... In my rotational save my goal is to have sims in every worlds. BB and FH don't have enough sims yet, so they're most likely to have sims moving in. I don't really play other saves, but if I did I would probably want to play in FH (just love it), WC (well balanced) or SM (handy apartments). I like all the other worlds too, so in the end it would just depends on the sim/situation.
