My Sims often move to San Myshuno. I am not a builder, so I really appreciate the static form of the apartments. I might change the inside sometimes and make it more fitting to my large families.
I also love that the rent will not change, no matter how expensive my interior is. I currently have 18 families living there and morf than half of them have 3 children or more ?
