I think that statement is a little unfair and somewhat uncalled for. Every single video game out there has bugs. Every single one - you can bet on it. Are they annoying? Sure. I don't dispute that. But we're luckier than most - we get patches almost every month, and I think we take that for granted. (And yes, I know, often those patches introduce new bugs - also frustrating.) But if there's a genuinely game-breaking bug, we always get a hot-fix patch within a few days. Me, I'm still waiting for a game-breaking Skyrim bug to be fixed after eight years... :D
