Whats the difference in running the sims 4 with 32bit and 64 bit
I currently have a windows 8.1 64 bit, I am wondering would it made any difference in the performance if I ran the game on a 32 bit? or will it just be the same?

I think 32-bit caps memory usage at 4Gb. If you have more RAM available, 64-bit can take advantage of that.
