What's the weather really like in Brindleton Bay?

I was planning on moving my sim to BB. Guess I will stick to my preferred way or arranging the weather. Rain is turned of during spring and summer. Rain is turned back on about halfway through fall and then there is snow during the winter.

Just got so tired of never being able to do a single festival without rain or snow. Now everything works during spring and summer at least. Hope they will take a look at the festivals at some point.
