happens all the time with my sims. I created the sohmas, I have Akito, Isuzu, and Hatori.. now Akito is a neat freak, so her anger goes through the roof.she will be making dinner, than, all of a sudden, it says she's angry... im like what now? All the bathrooms on each four floors, are broken, as well as sinks. This only happens when Hatori uses one of the bathrooms. Akito and Isuzu both are constantly fixing things, and mopping. Just tonight, Hatori broke the shower, the sink and the toilet.
