Atlantis sounds lovely but if they make it underwater it would be in ruins and only accessible to mermaids and sims with scuba diving equipment. Don't think it would be larger than just a lot or small neighbourhood like the ones in Batuu. I would love an above water Atlantis, because whenever it is depicted it has gorgeous architecture and lots of water features, a bit like what I imagine the Selvadoradian temples and baths and gardens would have looked like in their better days.

I would like it as a neighborhood to build rather than a vacation world. It would be fun to build underwater structures. Scuba diving did come with Sulani. There are some places around the world that are underwater.

I asked SimGuruGraham about it and he said it could be possible to make an underwater world with the Sims 4. But yes since Sims can travel to space would be neat to travel underwater too even if accessed from above with boats or snorkeling or mermaids or aquatic zombies. Subnautica have amazing underwater structures people have built.
