What's your favorite apartment in San Myshuno?

I'm curious to know for those who play with sims who live in the apartments, which ones are your favorite?

The Alto Apartments are my favorite place for my Sims to live hands down. Nice huge open space with plenty of room for everything and all on only one floor. :)
