What's Your Favorite House Type

I generally like large to medium houses (eg 40X30, 30X20 lots) built in a traditional style. Big enough to contain a variety of skill objects, small enough such that it doesn't take forever for Sims to move from one point to another.

I also like throwing in basements so that the houses can keep their traditional facade but still have all the modern comforts on-site (eg pool, gym).

I used to downloads lots off the Gallery quite abit. But now that I'm on a building spree, I have basically stopped doing that. When I do download lots, I generally use them right away. Mostly because I only go searching in the Gallery if I'm trying to find a specific lot that I need at the moment.
