I seem to do somewhat minimal landscaping with more modern houses (even though I don't build many of those). If it's a regular contemporary suburban house it's somewhere in between, and mansions are usually where I do the most. If it's a starter house, I'll usually put a tree and a few flowers and call it done. It really depends on the style of build and what I think will look best at the time.
