It's hard to answer, because I tend to mix the content on my community lots. For example, the library in Gibbs Hill, Britechester is also a café, a graveyard, recycling station, and a mini market. I think it is still categorized as lirary, but I plan turning it into a Recreation Center. The additional features will stay, though.
I love spreadsheets, too :) I'm abroad now for a few weeks, but when I return to my game I'll continue a projects where I check if all possible lot categories are used in my game, and maybe I'll make a "Law" regarding how many some of those ther should be. My worlds are grouped in 8 regions, and I imagine some lots should exist in each region, such as the recreation center. Other categories could be in every other region, etc. I don't need 8 spas, but I want more restaurants.
Sorry I can't answer the question because I'm too far away from computer, but I guess there are most bars and museums, and also quite a few parks.
I'd love to see that library! I can't get my head around how that would work lol.
