Haha, sounds good to me having a game spreadsheet to look at whilst away from home! I too love restaurants but don't visit them often enough - but I love the diversity. Anything from a McSims in San Myshuno, to a seafood place in Brindleton Bay, to an alien-themed experimental in Strangerville.
Yea, the customizing makes the Dine Out pack one of my very favorittes. But like you, I visit them to rarely. And now, when returning, I really need to check where all those 12 restaurantss are located. It sounds like a lot, but having most worlds it means half the worlds do not have a restaurant - which they all should :)
