Whats your overall reception on kits so far?

I like having the option to buy a smaller pack like the kit as I can add to my game without spending more money and ignore the ones I don't care for. That being said, I miss the stuff packs. I think after Nifty Knitting and Paranormal Stuff packs, EA raised the bar of what simmers will expect in the future from the stuff packs, as both packs added quite a bit to the game, including gameplay. I have to wonder if they thought the stuff packs expectations would be higher than they would like as it was after Paranormal that we stopped getting stuff packs and ended up with so many kits. I would like to see a better balance between offering stuff packs and kits. I would prefer more stuff packs overall as they add more to the game, but am not against kits as they also add things to my game for less.
