When creating sims in CAS I usually do a google search to get inspire but if they are born in game, I often name the kids what I think the parents would while also trying to be creative. For example if the parents are nature freaks the kids will be named after flowers or things like "river", "ocean", or "moon" in different languages; if the parents are modern and love living n the city I name the kids after real cities; if they are geeks, the kids would have names from my irl fandoms.
