I give my twins- or triplets if there are any- names with the same first letter. For example, I'm a twin in real life and her name is Heather. Mine is Hillary. In my current save, mentioned before, my couple just welcomed boy/girl twins- the first-born in the fourth generation of game play- and I named them Henry and Hope.
