What's your storyline?

I have been writing about my Rock Star Sim for the past several years, now. I've gone through adversity with him, inasmuch as I've had my trials when patches blew my game save apart and I had to restart. (I've since made it a practice to make a backup prior to a patch.) I've still yet to get to my end-goal, which I won't reveal at this time, since I'm not about spoilers and some are reading my updates. Sadly, he has died many times, mostly due to game-glitches and I have brought him back via exiting without saving and then rolling back to before his demise happened.

Currently, I began this storyline with him being an infant and his older brother a toddler. The family came to live on the planet Vulcan. My potential Rock Star started out life by being born in space, so instead of a place, he has a set of coordinates as to where he was born. He makes light of it but flatly refuses to join the space force. As wildly successful as he's been, attaining the rank of Global Superstar by age sixteen; he soon learned success is not a panacea. He struggled to be allowed to marry the love of his life. Her father, while he loved the rockers' music, hated the fact he was a rocker.  Then when my Sim was on his second world tour, the potential father-in-law sought to destroy the relationship by having his letters re-routed to the post office, where he gathered said letters, so his daughter never got to see them. It almost worked.  

The couple finally were given her father's blessing when my rock star humbled himself enough to treat his conversation with the man as a job-interview. He laid out his accomplishments, even having written up a will in which his sweetheart was the sole beneficiary. He even gave how much he was worth, where his income came from and how the man's daughter would never know hardship. It did the trick.  "He's finally talking like a man." The happily married couple now have four children. Twin boys, a daughter and then another daughter.  I'm having the time of my life so glad to be able to play through his entire life like this.
