When you can figure out who can even host a sims multiplayer game.
If the player hosts it, then the world is gone when the last player logs off. This is not like a multiplayer FPS where you can just host a new round after 10-20 minutes.
If EA hosts it, then that would be a game where time and relationships would progress on the server, which means that they would either be very restricted, or change every time you log in. You can't make friends or families because they could be gone the next time you log in.
