Is it me or did anyone else notice that expansion packs don’t drop at mid night anymore

My game said tomorrow at 11:00am I believe. I just wish they would just add it once it was 12:00 everywhere but then again I’d probably stay up playing it all night so maybe that’s a good thing they didn’t. ?
