When did the relations panel change?

It might be from the last patch, but it could also be something I missed earlier. In the past, when my sim interacted with some sim, that sim would move to the very top of the relation  panel. Conta...

    The panel is borked. I'm having the same issue. There is a bug report at the bugs forum.

    Ah, thanks. Then I assume it is a recent change, unintended. Nothing game breaking (unless there is more to it), just a tad confusing.
