Where are the worlds in relation to each other?

If all the worlds were on one connected map, where would they be? I've always thought Windenburg to be north of San Myshuno based on the trees you see in the world view of SM. I've also thought tha...

Same I never imagined Forgotten Hollow as anything but American. Doesn't strike me as European at all
