Where are these billboard sims?

So, I have been playing in San Myshuno since the release and yet I JUST spotted these sims. And I looked in the Maxis Gallery page and I cannot find them. Does anyone know where these sims are?

    Strange, I got it from Gallery but it wasnt from Maxis account, somebody created them and they are very look alike. use tag like #Billboard
