Where can I find the ice-skating rinks?

I have only seen one in Oasis Springs not far from the gym.

I found one in Willow Creek behind the Goth Mansion.

There’s one in Newcrest by one of the far left houses in the back. I hate how it’s placed and how it is uneditable and only accesible by going to the sim’s house.... like wtf

A question can you build inside ice rinks? Where I live offline where we have a local ice rink all year round that is inexpensive to go to. If I were to get Seasons I would want to build an ice rink inside where sims could ice skate all year around :) I am wondering if you can do that in the game too? Or is just something external that shows up only in winter months?

You can place down any rink inside a lot at any point in time :) Be it roller rink or ice rink.

There is one in the very first town! There is almost always one at the park there!
