I TRY to do it at places that mean something to my sims, but I admit I tend to wait for a romance festival to roll around and then do it there.
My last engagements were:
- Three "Heat of the Moment" engagements at Romance Festival
Of those three, one couple seperated before the wedding, the other two are by now happily married.
- My paparazzo proposed to Venessa Jeong on the highest lot with the fantastic view over Del Sol Valley and promised to gift her the whole "swearword" city. Then the next day they eloped in secret at one of the tiny islands in front of Lani St. Taz.
- One of my police officers proposed to his boyfriend right after getting his sergeant promotion. I had them do it in the park area in Magnolia Promenade where they live and where they have most of their dates. I'm very undecided where they should wed, but leaning towards a steamboat that I downloaded long ago.
- Amber Stein and her boyfriend, who are both actors, lifestreamed their engagement in front of a fairy forest scene. It's all smoke and mirrors, though, I expect them to break up and find true love (or true fame) elsewhere.
- Gunter Munch's and Jordan Mayer's engagement I just discovered I have no pictures of and do not remember, either. I assume I got this out of the way quickly in front of their house or something. But they had an amazing Oldwest themed destination wedding in Strangerville (Gunter being one of the "Heroes of Strangerville").
