Where do you take sims for dating or family activities to become closer?

For the sims who live in Brindleton Bay, I have them go to the park. I change it to match with the seasons; in the winter, it has an indoor location to relax and warm up, while the outdoors has a a skating rink. I also built a community center, so sims can go there to hang out with friend, build skills, get a warm meal and practice their hobbies.
