Where is Jasmine Holiday?
Can anyone help? I just can't find her!

She only comes when there is a special event or challenge and leaves when it is over.
hey :) and yes i realise that she spawns on such events,so no spring event yet this year or any clues on if there is going to be one?
There was an event this quarter already, in February. There probably won't be another till May or so.
