Where is Jasmine Holiday?

It's a side effect of MC Command Center. @Deaderpool says it'll be fixed in the next update.

Lower right hand side of map, the garden is near one of those just pick one and travel to the garden instead of entering a house. ETA: Low right hand side of map near those houses in WC

I've been playing for a few days since the patch, and the Glow fruit is cropping up everywhere. it's as though the wind is taking the seeds and germinating everywhere. and when I moved the Gothes to a new lot, Mrs Goth had 24 glow fruit in her back pack, which she didn't have before I moved them.

I don't know if I have done something wrong or not. I have finally found the community gardens and found Jasmine Holiday, but when I click on her to try and interact the options all have stars.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have stars or empty text boxes on any other text boxes in your game? Try doing what is writren in the solutions section of this linked article. Delete the TS4 file .

my "jasmine holiday" has a blank name tag and her speak bubble is empty. I also can't receive any growth fruits. help???

Do you have blank text bubbles in other sections of your game as well? If you do, try doing what is written in the solution section of this link. Delete the TS4 file.

I cannot find Jasmine Holiday, my game is brand new (Christmas) and so is my laptop therefore I don't have any mods besides resource.cfg or something. I've been to both community gardens, and spent countless sim hours there. When I loaded my game the other day (haven't played in a month or so) it updated the game but didn't say what the update was. I figured it was the spring challenge and egg hunt stuff. But so far I cannot find her! please help :/
