Where is Jasmine Holiday?

I've been playing for a few days since the patch, and the Glow fruit is cropping up everywhere. it's as though the wind is taking the seeds and germinating everywhere. and when I moved the Gothes to a new lot, Mrs Goth had 24 glow fruit in her back pack, which she didn't have before I moved them.
