Where Is the Sunscreen?

Looked around and couldn't find anywhere I could purchase sunscreen for my Sim. I even purchased a computer thinking it was one of those things you could order. No dice. So, now I have to ask where does a Sim get sunscreen? Or, is there none to be had and they just have to dodge the sun?

Coming from a family prone to skin cancer I am very concerned about this.

I did this exact same thing today thinking it would help, but to no avail. There’s 8 simoleons down the drain..

I fully expected sunscreen to work like the medicine does. You click on it and are given three choices. Or like the insect repellent, which just needs to be in a Sims' inventory.

Others have already answered, but I wanted to add that you most definitely can’t get it from the machine. I tried that. I don’t know if the sunscreen bottle in buy mode was only meant to be a prop, or if it’s a glitch, but we should be able to use it.

It does fade. It takes a few days.

If you get a sun burn, a good way to remove it is by taking a mud bath.
Other than that, use the sunblock by clicking the towel (or sunbathe object).
The sunblock bottle in the BB mode is just decoration.
