- In terms of usefulness focused mood and lowered hunger decay are probably worth the smell.
The other drink is probably fun for black widow challenges when their victims are already in a good mood and a single playful moodlet can finish them off via death by laughter ("have a drink, dear"). I can see young villagers challenge each other to this drink.
