Which inactive career branch would you like to see active?

Of the inactive career options are there any you would like to see be an active career? I would think being a mixologist would be interesting. Maybe the option to do different gigs as well

Culinary. I think it'd be great to have the other half of Dine Out. Being the cook or waitstaff and running the back of house. Maybe being able to work your way up to being the Chef Owner or Celebrity Chef or some such.
