Which lot types, in your opinion, are you best at building VS worst at building?

For the community lots, I've been re-modelling them to make them more interesting. I could post some screenshots if you like.

Building from scratch is always tough. Takes play-testing either way though to see what works. Like in homes I try to get the kitchen sink(s) closer to the eating area than the bathroom sink(s), for example.
