I am most comfortable building restaurants and small to moderate sized homes. I like my builds to be more realistic and highly functional with good flow for efficient game play. Kitchen flow is fridge, prep area, stove, sink. Garbage can needs to be close to front door or back door and outside garbage can next to it. I like common or even gritty realistic themes.
My weak points are landscaping and large, sprawling, luxury homes. Sims life is so time critical that having spacious areas stresses me & I just don't like doing gardening or outdoor design in the real world so I don't have much interest in it in game.
