Which lot types, in your opinion, are you best at building VS worst at building?

I'm generally a community lot builder. I'm especially comfortable with building entertainment venues (such as bars, nightclubs, museums, parks, pools, etc). My favorites to build are nightclubs, bars,...

I'm best at residential lots, unless we're only talking community types, then I'm best at bars. Definitely worst at restaurants, I always struggle to find a theme that's good enough to send my sims there more than twice. I've only got like one or two decent restaurants, the rest I keep wanting to rip down.
