Which real life places would TS4 worlds fit in best?

I was bored and tried to fit the TS4 worlds onto a real life map, but some are really tricky, like Newcrest and Forgotten Hollow.
For me, I always imagined something like this:

• Willow Creek = Louisiana
  
• Oasis Springs = Nevada
  
• Newcrest = no idea, probably in the same area as Willow Creek
  
• Magnolia Promenade = have always seen it as being located in downtown Willow Creek
  
• Granite Falls = north west US coast or west Canada
  
• Windenburg = Southern Germany, reminds me much of the south of Baden-Württemberg
  
• San Myshuno = reminds me a bit of San Francisco with the earthquakes and such, so I say California
  
• Forgotten Hollow = I really have no idea.
  
• Brindleton Bay = New England most likely
  
• Selvadorada = probably Venezuela or an other Spanish speaking South American country
  

I would really like to read your opinions and if you have any other ideas where the TS4 worlds could fit in best on a real life map :)

Btw, I would love some worlds inspired by other places in the world than just the US.
