Which settings to make underwater objects less blurry?

It wasn't like that when I tried it on my old computer, though. I had only set "object details" to high (which didn't agree with my graphics card and everything went black after a few moments). All other settings were still on low or medium. So I wonder which of the settings makes that effect. I mean sure, I could try... but I have to switch the game on and off every time.
