Which settings to make underwater objects less blurry?

So I just bought a new computer so I could finally play the Sims with higher graphic settings (my old one was ancient and weak). But now everything I see under water looks really blurry, like doubled....

What kind of card does your new pc have? The higher the settings the better it will look. I have all my settings set to high. My card is a GTX 660. You're card may be a low or medium end card.
