Which settings to make underwater objects less blurry?

So I just bought a new computer so I could finally play the Sims with higher graphic settings (my old one was ancient and weak). But now everything I see under water looks really blurry, like doubled....

@Rhiannon1307 it looks like it depends on the state of your Sulani, my pics I took now, both far and zooming look just like yours. Its a quick new save I began to show you how it looks. (I accidently deleted my healed Sulani one hahahaha) but yeah its blurry for me now as well ;)
