I have lived in CA for over fifty years. Finally escaped nearly sixteen years ago. I've been through southern Utah, but I live in the north in that state, now. The red rocks are gorgeous and quite unique.
Thanks for your insight! The states were more of an overall generalisation, as CA varies a lot, as does Utah where I currently reside -- southern Utah is hotter than Hades but 4 hours north we have some of the best snowiest ski resorts in the world! Park City probably one of the more famous ones. (Hello fellow, neighbour!)
