I was really disappointed for a lot of reasons. Although, Get To Work is a fusion of some of the best packs from SIms 2 and 3, it doesn't have half of the content we had in those two. Also, one of the few features (the photography) was invalidated by Moschino SP in 2019. I used to love playing active careers in Sims 3, but in Sims 4 its really uncomfortable to be forced to play one sim from the household while the others are left to get old in the corner of the screen. I'm not sure, maybe active careers only work in open world environment, but Sims 4 could have added a feature to load two lots at the same time, switching screens to be able to move without loading screens or something like that.
02. Island Living
Lacks ocean life, scuba diving animations, underwater lots and the biggest career gets too repetitive over time. A lot of removed features that had nothing to replace them, leaving a feel that I was playing game packs.
03. Cats & Dogs
Suffers from the same problem as Island Living. A long list of removed features from previous versions of the pack, but nothing to replace them and fill the EP.
04. City Living
It has a really interesting concept, but removes important features of cool apartment packs, a trend started in Sims 3's Late Night. In Sims 2 we could build apartments and set different households in the same lot, we had functional elevators... It all felt more customizable than the shells forced on uns in City Living, just for the sake of a good looking world environment.
05. Get Famous
The packs start to get better at this rank position. Get Famous isn't bad, but it could'vew been better. The world is a dissapointment. For a "big city" theme, it is the smallest in the game. Also, I'd rather have a Music career path instead of the Influencer career path. (The world name really frustrates me, cuz I'm a latin-language speaker and Del Sol Valley doesn't sound grammatically correct, Valley Del Sol makes more sense and it's more pleasing to read).
06. Get Together
I loooooove Windenburg, and I love the Club system, but its just that. There's not much to the EP, and it feels like a glorified Game Pack.
07. Seasons
Seasons is almost perfect. The lack of snow depht, more summer related (probably because they wanted us to buy Island Living) and a lot of reused objects from previous packs removes a lot of points for me.
08. Discover University
DU has only been placed in this rank because I feel like I haven't explored much of it. I dislike that there's no professor active career/active classes, but I think it would be annoying to play like the ones form GTW. The only problem I have so far is actually the world. I don't like that its only one. They should've made two, one for each university, one for Willow Creek and one for Oasis Springs. A different environment is a must in this type of pack. Playing the same Uni in Sims 3 for 65151818717 times got really annoying, when in Sims 2 I didn't suffer from this problem. Also, why foxbury has a ocean theme?! Like... Its not even a costal world, and the name of the uni implies that it was a Fox habitat at some point... Why no Fox mascot?! Like... subverted expectation doesn't work like that, cuz it sounds dumb.
