Whichever paparazzi happens to be stalking one of my sims. (Unless there is a vampire or teen in the household, in which case they become either a convenient source of snacks or forced to tutor the teen during their homework, both without compensation.)
I don't ever perpetrate actual harm upon them, but they are often harassed or subjected to pranks. Spellcasters often turn them into cacti, bowls of fruit, and other inanimate objects. Werewolves chase them around (but don't actually attack them,) and they are often on the bad side of territorial pet dogs.
