Pretty much anyone who annoys me at the moment. Paparazzis tend to fit that definition a lot though. My occults especially have absolutely no restrictions on how much they might mess with them. Usually results with them being immobilized somehow whether by being knocked out, frozen, forced to kneel, being dead, and so on.
Also, certain celebs. During my homeless challenge Harper wanted to strangle every single one who showed up at the flea market lot and started playing guitar. How was she supposed to get anything sold when everyone just kept ogling at the celeb? Harper was more than happy to flex her werewolf muscles.
