Until I started my current save, I never really played the premades. But when I started this story, the goal was to tell it mostly with premades and a few original characters. I’ve become pretty fond of quite a few of them, now.
Morgyn Ember is my main character and was the inspiration for the whole story arc that’s currently going into year 3.
Some characters are iconic: The Goths, Agnes, and The Pancakes are my favorite townies. And I’ve got plans for Vlad and Greg coming up..
Guidry became a quick favorite when I pulled him out of his NPC role to play him. Such a charming scoundrel!
I also have a fondness for Geoffrey Landgraab, because, even though I don’t play him, he has a habit of showing up in odd places doing questionable things, which just seems on point.
@cyncie: I totally agree with Geoffrey Landgraab just randomly popping up everywhere. Like, I get ya’ll are “the richest family” but jeez, you have to spy on the neighborhoods too? ? Nice list.
I could "write a novel about" about my favorite Premades/NPCs because I have so many and I like to play them in my different saves (I currently have 4 saves and I'm planning to make 2 more soon). In all of my saves I'm playing Premades/NPCs (I do play also sims that I have created + some sims that I have downloaded from the Gallery). I must say that for the ones that I'm playing (Premades/NPCs), I have made makeovers: for some of them more significant makeovers and for some of them just a slight makeover (I might also change some of the traits too), and for some of them, I have changed their lives and relationships (for example they have divorced and found a new spouse, because I had other spouse in mind for them etc.). There is also one family that I don't like the way it is and I only like one of the family members: The Landgraabs. I don't like Nancy and Malcolm, but I love Geoffrey Landgraab - He is one of my favorites! A long story so I put it in a spoiler:
In one of my saves: I deleted Nancy and Malcolm and kept only Geoffrey. I made him a slight makeover and I changed his name to Jeffrey Zest - that because I had plans to connect him to my other favorite: Johnny Zest. So separately, I first made a slight makeover to Johnny Zest and I also made him a identical twin brother: Jeremy Zest. After that I combined Jeffrey Zest to Johnny and Jeremy Zest household and in cas.fulleditmode I made Jeffrey the father of Johnny Zest and his twin brother Jeremy. (Jeffrey is an adult and Johnny & Jeremy are young adults). Jeffrey married Maike Haas (who also got a slight makeover) and they now have a son together: Joel Zest. In this save also the Villareal and Bjergsen families (who also got makeovers) have a big part as well: Jeremy Zest is going to marry Luna Villareal and Johnny Zest is going to marry Sofia Bjergsen.
