The only mods I have in my game are the MC Command Center and the UI extension. When either of those two break from a patch or new pack installation, I do NOT play my game. Luckily the creators of those mods are on top of things and have their mods working within a few days, if not that very day.
The MC Command Center mod is what made me want to keep playing the game. I was getting really bored with the game until I found that mod. The story progression gave me some pretty good storylines to play off of. The no strings, autonomous woohoo and try for baby gave me storylines that I would have never even though of.
