Who Should I Choose???

As crocobaura said, if you don't mind modifying sims, try changing the 1st one's skin tone to a warm bright color or the same color as the 2nd one. This skin tone makes her too "Townie Fashion Police" with blond hair and bright red lips.

And I am not sure if the 2nd is already the wife of a premade sim. (or in your save, she's already single)

So, besides the personality, my choice would be the 1st one but with a modified skin tone.
