I think SP community voting should be an annual activity.
I didn't vote for any of the packs that have been released so far, but following the progress makes it interesting and keeps the community involved. I've always enjoyed the deep dives, even if laundry or knitting are not the kind of themes that sparked my interest.

Ehh...
When I just hear the concept: “Oh wow, yes!“
When I see what our collective vote for, laundry and knitting: “Maybe we will just hope that Maxis feel like doing an occult pack this time.“
I like the concept of voting but I am a rotational occult player. I wanted Happy Haunts. For me personally it is better to let Maxis chose. Higher odds of fun themes then.
Note that, during the first SP voting process (wich became Laundry Day), there were voting options like 'off the grid', 'eco living' and 'starter home'. Since then we have seen several different packs or free updates that include all these features. So I wouldn't be surprised if we see features mentioned in the last poll return as part of future packs and/or updates.
I also voted for Happy Haunts, because it was the wildest and most interesting one out there. However, I wouldn't like to see it as a Stuff Pack. It deserves more than that. Since the pack was a very close second to knitting, I'm convinced that a Happy Haunts themed Game Pack is in development and will probably see a release this year.
