Who wants Seasons to be the next expansion after Cats and Dogs?

Yes with all the hype and ideas floating around regarding new and innovative changes to old expansions it does make seasons sound like the least favorable expansion to acquire, but sounding ridiculously selfish, I for one can’t go on knowing seasons is possible and I’m so many months or perhaps a year away from watching my sims family make snow angels and rake leaves...yes I’m that simplistic, without putting in my two cents about why we need seasons first.

Again, plenty of better ideas and packs to be released, however, with laundry on its way, as a realism player, I want the basics first, many will disagree and frankly who can blame them.

But! As a seasons fan I hope they can push out something amazing and throw more into the sims 4 version so that it’s not a disappointing disaster as the previous packs have been.
Personally I’d be happy if seasons came as a game pack that just focused on weather and how it affects the world, gimme that, some cute outfits and the ability to trap my sims in a frozen pool and I’m happy. Also it then gives developers more time to focus on big wild expansions without having to work themselves through the ringer making seasons something it can’t be but they’ll be too afraid to come clean about in case it brings in epic backlash which isn’t so rare but at this point I’m sure the staff would like one day where they’re efforts aren’t verbally attacked.

It is a program that does it called Sims 4 Studio: http://sims4studio.com/

Any Simmer can look up code in the files. How Simmers found the pet files: https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/911825/pet-code-found was in the sim_info_types Python file.

Seasons sounds like a nice idea. I also feel that sims 4 just seems to be lacking in comparison to 3. Sure some things definitely are better, however, I find myself getting bored a lot quicker in 4 than I ever did with 3...

Yes, I would like it as an expansion. But that's done well. With the possibility to choose the weather in every scenario. I can not bear the idea of snow at oasis spring. Oasis spring, in my game, is Roswell new mexico. Sun, sun and sun! At most a little rain: p

However, as I have already said on other occasions, I would like a new GP to come out first. Maybe on other supernatural ones. According to me after dogs and cats there would be a good GP on werewolves. Enough, I do not say it again: D

I'd love to have seasons in TS4. But I'd also be happy with other EP's and GP's. I miss sending sims to university and when I see what they did to vampires I would very much appreciate another type of supernatural.

Thank you, I'm aware of this, I just can't find any specific info about code /for/ seasonal stuff in game. All I'm finding are clues and rumours. Unfortunately I don't really know my way around TS4Studio and I can't try myself :'(
