Who was Vampire Hunter live in somewhere from the sims 4 game?

I'm talking about the sims 4 game. I want Vladislaus Straud dead.....or cure him to become normal sim, whatever. Can you find Vampire Hunter from the sims 4 game? Vampires are dirty animals.
