Why are my testingcheats automatically enabled when I open a household and when my sim changes lots?

This hasn't happened until recently. Do I have some sort of mod that I'm using that does that or is there a setting that was turned on or something? I don't know how big a deal this is but out of habi...

Do you use MC Command Center? It has a setting:

MCCC > MCCC Settings > Notification / Console / Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Testing Cheats

If enabled, EA's testing cheats are always turned-on when any family is played. It no longer has to be activated when changing played families.
