Why are so many bugs NEVER FIXED

I just came across a "new" (to me) bug today: Female Servos cannot hover. That bug was reported in JUNE. Last "me too" was Three weeks ago. How many patches has been out since Jun 13th? There are ...

Here it is, it has got 148 Me Too's and seems quite active.
